What is your work?, by Catherine Gammon

$20.00

What is your work?  is a selection of micro-hybrid-fictions—short unclassifiables, not quite fiction, not quite non-fiction, neither fiction nor non-fiction, neither neither nor both, and some people say they are poems.

Catherine Gammon’s most recent books are the story collection The Gunman and the Carnival and the novel The Martyrs, The Lovers. Her novel China Blue won the Bridge Eight Fiction Prize in 2020. A native of Los Angeles, Catherine served on the MFA faculty at the University of Pittsburgh throughout the 1990s before leaving academia for Zen training. Since returning to Pittsburgh full-time, she has shared a home with the Neighborhood Zen sangha, a garden, and a cat.
